STEP 1: Provide Your Username and Email Address
Simply enter your username and the email address that we have on file for you. We will then send you an email containing a temporary link to begin the password reset process.
Q: What if I forgot my username or email address?
A: If you have forgotten your username or email address, please contact your Altegris Client Relationship Manager by phone at (800) 828-5225. We will verify your identity and provide you with the information we have in our files.
STEP 2: Retrieve the Password Reset Request Email
Once we have verified your username and email address, we will send you a Password Reset Request email containing a link a secure webpage, where you can reset your password. This is a temporary email. Open and read this email to continue on to the Step 3.
Q: Why do you need to send me an email?
A: Giving you access to the Password Reset page by sending you an email helps us verify that the person requesting the password reset is you, and not someone else.
STEP 3: Access the Secure Password Site
Click on the link in the Password Reset Request email. You will be linked to a secure webpage where you can reset your password. This is a temporary email that expires after 24 hours for security purposes.
Q: What if I click on the link in the email and nothing happens?
A: Copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar. If the link still does not work properly, call your Altegris Client Relationship Manager at (800) 828-5225.
Q: What if the email expires before I get a chance to click on the link?
A: If 24 hous has passed and your email has expired by the time you click the link, a message will be displayed with a link to Step 1 where you will have to begin the process again.
STEP 4: Complete the Short Password Reset Form
Once you have clicked on the email link and have been directed to the secure website, simply fill in your username, answer the security question that is displayed for you, and enter and confirm your new desired password. You should choose a password rated as "Meduim" or better - a minimum of eight characters, and combines at least two of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and punctuation or symbols.

A: If you are having trouble answering the security question that is displayed on this form, please contact your Altegris Client Relationship Manager by phone at (800) 828-5225. We will verify your identity and resolve this issue.
